New Builds — Precast Concrete

For new home builds, we are transitioning to a Precast Concrete structural system, in accordance with the engineering design and specifications agreed in each contract.

Warranty

Structural warranty: 5 years.
Snagging & workmanship warranty: 1 year.
Materials and equipment: covered in accordance with the respective manufacturers’ warranty terms and conditions.

The construction photographs below are from our previous projects, which used cast-in-place reinforced concrete. They do not show the new Precast Concrete system. Construction details and inclusions follow the specification agreed for your home.

Rain guttering – UPVC gutters and downpipes

Exterior doors and windows – UPVC double glazed, expandable fly screening

Ceilings – Gypsum board with white painted finish

Interior floors – Ceramic tiles

Interior walls – Q-con block, rendered smooth with painted finish

Bathroom interior walls – ceramic tiled

Bathroom design and equipments – American standard

Bedroom built in furniture
